I have been flushing for harvest for 3 days, today will be the fourth. I noticed that about 3/4 of the plant is a hermie. I Know that it went hermie due to stress, I broke a branch about the 4th week into flowering and been bending branches to keep them further from the light. Should I just harvest the good part of the plant and let the rest properly produce good seeds. I know that the will have hermie genetics but if I don’t stress them out the way i did this plant I should be ok but i won’t need to buy seeds for the rest of my life.
I would pluck off as many nanners as you can find and roll on. You may have a few seeds in your smoke but all good.

The pics of the buds are just a few days before I started flushing, once I started flushing i noticed what looks to me like it went hermie or mabey m seeing something thats not there.
Its ok I will still get a good 6-7 ounces

The seeds havn’t developed yet so it just ruined whats there.

If you are close to harvesting its no big deal. Seeds take weeks to develop.
Just carry on as normal.

I was thinking about harvesting most or about half and then start fertilizing again and wait for the seeds to mature. I grow hydro so that part wouldn’t be hard to do but don’t know if that could be done and still give me seeds.
They were not finished ? Was they autos or photos ? When did you start the flowering schedule , tge week you flipped your lights to 12/12 or 3 weeks afterwards 
, once you flushed out all the nutrients in the soil and they were still budding , you stressed them and they went into to protective mode to save the strain to firce itself to reproduce .
Auto -Flowers can be very tricky when they veg they start to pre-flower does not mean they are in budding phase its a diffence .

I think they are done They are photo’s and I grow in hydro, Iv’e never tried soil. I switched to 12/12 11 weeks ago and they started flowering 11 days after I switched I think DRsDank is correct Im seeing something that isn’t there, I may have flushed a few days early.
Not a good view to decide , you need a better scope on a lower bud from the top , they will always ripen first due to light exposure !

I know my scope is dirty from looking at buds, its several years old but the pics are from the bottom of the plant

At this point its to late to do anything, As I’ve said above I started flushing Thursday and I use the flora kleen. I did drain that yesterday and filled will just water, so Its getting chopped.
