I like how they are reaching swywards!
@SilvaBack203 got a shot in the daylight today. The colors man all the colors. That’s about as much as that plant has to offer the buds are pretty light and Larffy. When I chop I’m just going vacuum seal and add to the bubble hash collection. Well maybe I’ll try and save a couple of the bigger tops.
@SilvaBack203 how is your girl in the ground doing?
She’s really a beauty. Believe it or not she got harvested yesterday. I enter the bom contest with her she didn’t give me no color but very frosty
@SilvaBack203 whats the bom contest?
Bud of the month. It just has to be ilgm
Day 30 since flip. Same seed strains totally different plants. Have a feeling I need to brew a tea and start turning the lights down a tad. Definitely a learning curve.
Looks great!
Coming along nicely
Most excellent!
Looking great in there…

Nice. How many days in are you? I’ve never done autos.
Six weeks into flower she has about three more weeks to go
Very nice!
I’m about a third of the way there I think. Pretty sure the one is going to finish ahead of the other though. @Aussie_autos
Thanks guys and gals. There’s still a lot of time left. I definitely have room for improvement. I appreciate everyone’s input. @SilvaBack203 @dbrn32 @JaneQP @MeEasy
Also was wondering if it was acceptable to trim larger sugar leaves to allow light to the lower buds. I basically left the top three nodes alone on the bigger plant hoping the buds would fill in. That’s what I’ve done in the past outside.
I haven’t taken much yet because I think the larger plant is praying like that to protect itself. Due to light intensity. I didn’t want to stress it out too bad. Last night I turned down the outside 100w lights to dial back the crossover of the lights. I was actually considering dropping them two lights dow and hang them vertically to reach the lower nodes. @Hellraiser Ive seen you do this in your past grows. When you do this how far down and back from the plant? One more question even if the plant doesn’t like it has an issue supporting itself. Will they still benefit from steaking?
Sure.
Yeah down far enough to hit the lower and mid buds and about 18" away, don’t want to burn them up.
Yes, even if the plant can support it, not having to support it can help as well, and may support it now but right before harvest is when they could use the extra help as I hate opening up the tent and seeing colas laying on the floor, why I use a net most of the time, just insurance.
End of week six and I can definitely see where people say it’s the make it or break it weeks of flower. One girl started the yellow leaf spread of death as @Hellraiser would say. I thought I had it under control but definitely took a turn for the worse. And the other is showing nute burn. I took some time today to trim some of the bigger sugar leaves to allow light down to the lowers. They both show potential but if they make it to there is the real Issue. The girl on the left looks like she’s almost ready to scope. But threw some new hairs over night. Top buds are solid about the size of golf balls. The girl on the right is pretty far behind her sister. And if she fills out the buds will be fantastic. Other than that they are both frosty as hell and I need to figure out a support system because the branches are definitely being held down by the weight of the buds. Sat there this afternoon after work for almost two hours decompressing. I didn’t even realize how much time went by. I’m debating on doing a quick grow of some autos with soiless and synthetic or jumping to a 3x3 bed full organic with three or four photos. I let these plants veg about 70 days to get them to where they are now. Either route I’m definitely putting up a net. Anyway I digress. Thanks for the support and input as usual.
