My light timer hasn’t been turning off the grow lights. Photo period plants are 10+ in tall and have had 24 / 7 light for 5 weeks. How do I transition the plant to introducing darkness without triggering flowering? I want to eventually move the plants outdoors when it warms up and avoid early flowering.

Change your light schedule directly to 18 on, 6 off. A cannabis plant won’t flower until it is restricted to 12 to 15 hours of light per day.

Shouldn’t be any issues going to 18/6 from 24hrs.
I start alot of my seeds and clones at 24hrs then go to 18/6 and never had an issue myself :blush:
