so as I guess you recomend to make lights much higher and make lights 75% am I right? now lights are 100% and 40cm from plant
Light burn, the most common problem but everyone mistakes for ph, humidity, feeds etc!
I am using mars hydro tsw2000 and fc 3000 why they should burn plants ? so what is mistake ? does it need low light? am i giving them too much light? I am surprised
Autos don’t really need the light full blast, unless you have crappie lights.
Yeah with those lights at 100% with autos that would be too much. Recommend spacing for a photo with your setup for flower at 100% would be 76.2 CM for photoperiod. With autos 75% lights, 16-18 hrs of light at you ciuld probably go up to 91cm if you wanted. I’ll measure out both of my tents and let you know what my heights are and you will be surprised.
big tent is set to 36 inch (91.44cm) 800 watts total light is at 75%. The plants are loving it. tent is 4x4x8
Smaller tent has 200 ttl watts set to 75% light also, height is 48.26 cm 2x4x5. I had to keep swapping out the plants until I found 2 autos that can take the light from 200 watts at only 75%, so having yours that low with the amount of watts its putting out at 100% is hurting the autos. Plants in the big tent range from 2- weeks of flower to 7-weeks.
Dead give away -
Long thin leaves
Burnt on tops although are all the way down clearly some are burnt on top only
Zero stretch, like nodes so close obviously the light was too much, these plants stretch naturally only training stops that but some push light so low it stunts them
Yes light burn but add in lots of wind and other mistakes and you get dead plants or barely any green left.
If youre right and your pH is good, and youre sure lights are good, according to the chart you backed off on feeding around week 6 and youre <900ppm cuz you trust your numbers. I did some tinkering with numbers the calcium on the chart should be enough IF again youre right on with your numbers.
If thats what you observed then up the feeding to 1200ppm. Hold off on the pk and the Cal so increase the Hybrid/Grow and hope its also trace minerals not just npk. Got a pic of labels?
Still 3 look like transpiration/wetness problem and 5 look hungry just my opinion
so everyone thinks that I am giving them too much light? I apreciate that but what other peoples think about too much loght?
I wouldn’t say light burn necessarily but the intensity is very high and plants need more food when they’re too bright. So either you didn’t compensate for the brightness or they are too bright.
Look hungry to me. If your pH is dialed in you may have lacked a little nutrition. Also true, increased light intensity requires more nutrients too and maintaing a proper pH range keeps the door open for intake of these. Gonna get some good buds it looks like still.
