I noticed a few stems near the tops have turned red. Any ideas as to why this is? I’ve read maybe genetics is to blame? I just fed flower nutes 2 days ago. pH 6.5. Otherwise my girls look really healthy.

I would continue with the veg nutes for another week yet. No need to feed flowers when you havent got any yet.
