The Jack’s 3-2-1 formula traditionally uses 3.6 Part A, 2.4 grams Part B, and 1.2 grams Epsom salt per gallon. This is a well-balanced formula specifically designed to provide adequate nitrogen, calcium, magnesium, and other essential nutrients.
4.4 grams Part A, 2.2 grams Part B, and 1.1 grams of Epsom salt… By increasing Part A and reducing Part B and Epsom salt, this mix provides more potassium and phosphorus but slightly less calcium and magnesium compared to the standard 3-2-1 mix. This modified ratio could lead to calcium and magnesium deficiencies, especially in coco coir, which tends to lock these nutrients up.
3.4 Part A, 2.2 Part B, and 1.1 Epsom salt is close to the standard mix but slightly low in potassium, phosphorus, and magnesium, which could lead to deficiencies, especially in coco over time. I’d consider switching to a standard ratio, or trying out 4/2.
Because you are bottom feeding I’d aim for ppms closer to this, typically require lower ppms because there isn’t run off involved.
Seedlings and Early Veg: 250–350 PPM
Vegetative Stage: 450–600 PPM
Early Flowering: 700–900 PPM
Peak Flowering: 900–1000 PPM
Late Flowering: 600–800 PPM
Also jacks commonly goes a little hard on the nitrogen. Play it safe. Also be mindful of how much silica you use. Overtime it can make your coco more alkaline, and without a good way to test using autopots.
Normal drain to waste or rdwc can get away with the same ratio throughout because they can test frequently or whenever they want. Better to be careful utilizing autopots. Just my opinion.

Is it possible that vinegar in humidifier could cause this? It just occured to me that about the time i started noticing this i asked my kid to take humidifier and run some vinegar through it, just found out he ran vinegar through it but in my lung room with fan blowing directly into tent.
It sure about that one but wouldn’t think the vinegar in the humidifier would cause the look on those leaves. Several things can cause tacoing. Heat, PH inbalance, calcium deficiency would be a few
Ok thanks guys, i took out my valves and back flushed em with about 2 gallons each at full strength jacks 321 and ph at 5.8 then cleaned out res and refilled with same. Ppm at 950ish, autopot valves cleaned out and returned to service.
Think i got problem solved i cut out a ton of severely damaged leaves, now in pre flower i believe, should i trim off these bigger leaves that are blocking light to lower growth spots, im feeling like they are looking a little bare especially the one on the right.
Also added another aci ev03 in anticipation for my next grow of one light one plant each with own scrog.
Thanks again all
Looking great! I trim anything blocking lower buds. And I selectively remove any fans that are touching or layered, because they accumulate water between them.
Thanks bro, btw your new gro is very inspiring thinking of doing something similiar on my next grow, on a much smaller scale, lol. going to ditch the tent and reinvent grow room, much respect to you and @MadamCalamity.
Theres so many dark areas, i just did it a week ago and thought i did too much, lol. Here i go again with the snips again bro. Took out about a dozen today already was wanting to do more, but was afraid to go snip crazy and fxx em up again. Thanks my friend!
Something to consider- more of a spread in the initial net. Lots of growth coming from a focused point is bound to have a tight spot. Personally when I have the intention of a secondary and possibly 3rd net, I fill the net 100% before flipping.
