Update… woke up this morning and my 600w spider farm led didn’t want to turn on so I swapped the hps for the duration. Anyone have a clue about trouble shooting led bar lights? Anywhoooo this is the new light set up

If you are handy with a multi-meter and live power, test input voltage (ac)
And output voltage (DC).
That will tell you if its driver or boards, ck all connections too :metal:t2::green_heart:
@dbrn32 may be of assistance also

Thanks I’m gonna try after work. We sell multimeters at the hardware store I work at

Before meter time, IMO, complete the following:
One at a time,
Turn OFF all equipment by manual switches.
Remove all tent utilized electrical plugs,

  1. turn off/on re-set house breakers 30 seconds between OFF and ON.
  2. re-plug one component at a time and test/verify each individual equipment still working, with previous still ON.

Equipment under Manufacturer Warrantee?
Visual inspection of mal-funct light?
What tent evolution occurred since light last seen working?

Equipment being utilized?
Power strip or breaker malfunction?
Contact breaker stuck?

Got all the tools. Goin to grab my check then start fixing the problem this morning. Stay tuned. I’ve removed the light and let it set over night. Will be test and tuning on a separate breaker and box that’s in my garage

Some pics of all the plants in the hps tent individually. Anyone have any idea why a couple are stretched? They’ve had the same treatment as the rest and the lights were always writhing 18”

Did you check while still connected to led modules? A ground condition will throw most of the drivers into protection mode and do the same thing.

So I had a power outage and thought my digital timer would keep them off when it came back on but it didn’t. The next time I turned them on it wouldn’t turn on. I gotta get the multimeter from my boss. I’ll be finishing this after work 7pm est. I’ve tried it with a continuity meter and the wire goin into the driver is fine but nothing comin out

@StonedCold13 it does have a dimmer pot. And the wire goin into it is loose. It has been loose the whole time and I moved it all around and nothing ever Happened it’s soldered in inside.

If dimmer circuit is shorted will keep some drivers off. In most cases light will run at 100% with dimmer removed sometimes this is an easy check.

The potentiometer coil may have burnt-open.
If you moved it ? it could be loosely retained inside?
Soldered? Eyes?
