I use a crock pot with water in it. Submerge my mason jar in the water and cook on low. My recipe states cook on low for 12 hours.

You cook for 8 days?

The oil is nice :+1: different than the high yiu get from smoking
The best way i can describe is that your whole body feels lubricated and loose lol
I make capsules as well with my oil take like 8-10 to do me good but easy to take with no muss or fuss

Absolutely you can still use this recipe @Countryboyjvd1971 to make your CCO. Then when you make your vape juice just add it to the VG recipe you usually use.

That’s a perfect description.

lol I smoke to loosen up or to sleep so an oz lasts me over a week easily some had touted the benefits of coconut oil as topical which is what most interests me since it would be nice to deliver back relief without smoking or eating. My back is such that it is always a dull pain in background but on occasion the nerves go wild triggering severe stomach pain numb limbs or lightening bolts. I wake some mornings and wonder if my legs will work lmao. Over the winter I have developed a new symptom I would only describe as shooting nerve pain in my leg you’ve seen me I am a lean and fit guy not over weight or inactive. So I rule out late onset diabetic but Fibromyalgia though rare in men is distinct possiblity no haven’t seen a Dr would be the end of me working once on paper

CBD oils are a build up effect with most that use them touting improvement after month or more of steady use my goal is therapy not to get high  Ok maybe a little high  but not all the time

Sounds like radiculopathy. I suffer from severe radiculopathy, which causes sciatica down my legs & my glutes, as well as issues in my hands & wrists. I use emu oil mixed with cco for my wrists/hands. Incredible!

Emu oil is an incredible anti-inflammatory, on its own, then adding the cco kicks it into overdrive.

Another point of interest is with Canada becoming legal this summer the laws and rules will be changing such things as roadside swab tests for drivers. Things of that nature were already in testing last summer so I can picture me off to dump end of the day getting company truck impounded :stuck_out_tongue:

I can say the oil soes work as a topical i have used it on my knee and back for relief @Donaldj so yeah definitely give it a go
Thanks at @AnneBonny couldn’t think of a better way to describe it lol
And very cool i bookmarked you firstpost for future reference

Sounds like a possible radiculopathy does have many of the same symptoms sadly numbness and weakness are not things you want to tell employer when you roof for a living  It is like saying my legs may or may not give out while I am climbing a ladder 30’ off the ground I can picture how well that would go over

Have you ever had a mri done @Donaldj

At 22 was when I killed my back also when orthopedic surgeon told me I would be lucky to be walking by 30 I didn’t like his answer and hit the gym instead of letting him put steel rod in my back  18yrs later still walking and working thanks to sheer will but I could easily be on disablity any day I decide my body can’t do it anymore. Unfortunately it barely pays bills and I know once I stop being as active it will only get worse

Let me change the perspective some if I know about a condition ei. a doctor tells me my job is no longer safe and I do it anyway I void my life insurance and any form of workers compensation which would pay for home for misses if I died. Or 70% of my wage if injured and no longer fit to work as well as any schooling to get new job etc… dissablity is roughly 30-40% of my wage so about $300 a week opposed to the 11-1200 I make during peak of season
Simple math body for the cause as log as I can or retire and barely scrape by if I can get 5 more years before conceding I atleast have house mostly finished

I make my own capsules as well. I grind my Already Vaped Bud and put about 1/8 of a teaspoon in the “00” capsules.

I need to take 1-3 to feel pretty good but it’s a different high then smoking. Great for sleeping.

What’s your recipe? I’m looking for ways to make high CBD oils, salves, edibles but without alcohol.

It’s experiences like yours that make me almost appreciate the socialist system I live under, as distasteful as socialism is to me.
