Main lining my cannabis plant

Good morning,
I am sure many of you that have main lined a plant. I started Main lining one of my plants, so I’ve already done the first step. For the second step what node on the 2 new mains to I top off at?
Thank you for your help.

If your doing a strictly ture mainline manifold you top the first node on the second topping but you can expediate the process a bit by using a nebula manifold so if you look here I topped at the second node leaving 4 branches on each side instead of ony two this gave me 8 branches total after the second topping instead of only 4 it allowed me to skip one topping

This is the plant after 1 month

That’s so beautiful. Having?
Looked at your plant.I may wait for the second cut.Because because I want thick colors but not a whole bunch of them if that makes sense

Honestly this was my first time mainlining a plant as well next time I’m going to do it a little differently and probably top at the third node i also might leave the third and fourth node in the initial topping and split it amongst 4 branches at the begining

Are you going for Nug Buckets Mainline or Nebulas Manifold. Nebulas has one less topping. On The 2 side branches remove the 2nd node leaving the 1st and 3rd :love_you_gesture:

Ok I’ll go for nebula manifold so my main aren’t so close together.

Nice plants :+1:. I tried the same method on my current grow for the first time. I like how the canopy turned out. They were a bit gnarly and tough to manipulate in the beginning as you can see with the red tape repair :joy:. But once they stretched I just used the net to spread them out a bit.

Do you have a guide or read that you would recommend to show a newbie how to do something like this?

Id like to see a guide to the process as well since ive only accomplished an lst grow and a lollipopping grow so this would be fun to attempt and find out the yield

Now that’s what I’m talking about. Enough for me for the next harvest. I’m a lightweight
Let me show you mine. It looks like some bdsm techniques. While it looks lovely. When is it time to start tying her to the pot? The others are autoflowers so they’re tiny. They’re just starting flowers

Me too. I have a new LSD auto. With the 3 & 4 nodes. I figured I’d only have 4 branches cause auto wont grow if main lined. The one with the hydrometer in the pot is her. All her sisterhave started
ed to flower except itty bitty in the one gal pot.
