Lowering lights late in flower

How do you all feel about lowering light intensity last 2 weeks and are you changing light cycles…

It’s a pretty good thing to do. You want to kind of simulate fall so the flower finishes up. The last couple weeks I’ll usually drop my intensity down about 25% and change from 12/12 to 11/13 to give it and extra hour of dark. This helps avoid foxtailing as well. If you can cool your tent down as well you’ll have the ultimate simulated fall.

Most DLI charts I have seen suggest that exactly for final ripening and as Moose said will also help with foxtailing and really bring out those colors if present.

Just remember to turn them back up next grow. I stunted 2 plants with weak lights doing this exact thing.
