I usually see a difference after each feeding. I’m alternating tiger bloom and water the next
A while yet, your pistles are still a bit white and your buds haven’t flattened up (although each strain is different and grow)
Your going to need a jewelers loop or a USB microscope to check tricombs to get it exact
