Looks like a juvenile May Fly. Not harmful to plants.

I noticed something fly around maybe a day and a half ago two days maybe, but didn’t really see it frequently. Last night I killed five of these things in less than 10 minutes!

Dosent sound good. Get me a better pict of its segmatation and top view.

Looks like it, the one Iam taking pics of is dead

So you dont have to have a stranger looking through your house (which you might have too anyway) but take a couple of those to the nearest pest control place and have them checked out. Looks (from the picts) like a swarm in that room.

Look for wings by themselves. Also" Frass" termite poop, looks like piles of sand almost.

Iam in Texas,Looks like they were termites. I spoke to the landlord he said years ago before I got this house there was a problem with termites. I’ve been here five years and haven’t seen anything

With the winged one that means a colony has expanded close by.

Do you happen to know what kind of bug this is?

The top of the soil and along the side of the pot is crawling with them at least 100 of them.I poked the topsoil and they burst out like ants from an ant hill
