Make sure it doesnt have time release nutrients in it also the perlite that is and glad u picked the coco. It’s nice what u feed the plant is what it gets. Alot more control

Seems like mixing coco with an amended soil causes problems for a lot of people.

I got in trouble for saying: why reinvent the wheel? FFOF works. Coco works. Promix works. Adding coco to FFOF just makes a weak soil so why not just buy Happy Frog? If you are going to adulterate soil you would be better off using perlite (without fertilizer) to loosen the soil further but then again you could just use Happy Frog.

I use Sunshine Mix #4 Aggregate Plus. As I said before, I let mine wick from the tray. The root ball filled my 2 gal pots. I’m a soil fan, mostly for ease of operation. Not a fan of preloaded soil. I just treat my seedling soil with like an 1/8 dose of my grow base.

So I decided to go with mother’s earth coco peat… do to the fact the state I stay in don’t sell coco loco… do anyone know about the mother’s earth coco peat? I also wanted to try the fox farm strawberry fields…

@SilentHippie this would be a great time to chime in about the kindsoil grow ! This is the best way to go and grow for simple ph’d water and grow big buds . And this guy has proven it works !

Grow 3: Quantum Haze

Good morning ILGM community. It’s been about a month since our harvest and with the success of Kind Soil, I’m growing in it again. I’m excited to get this one going for a lot of reasons. I’m growing strains I’ve never tried. I want to see what Kind soil can do with 4 different strains. I’m using my new tent setup. We’ll be using the new Quantum boards for the first time! The basics: 4 plants all ILGM seeds. Purple Haze Pineapple Haze Super Silver Haze Strawberry Kus…

The mothers were grown in Kind Soil with a mix of promix and FFOF as a top medium. I only mixed in the fox farms to use up what I had left. The run before that was just Promix.

Good morning growers. @SilentHippie here, back for a second grow! Last grow was a huge success and I’m anxious to get the next one going. Yesterday I dropped a Blueberry fem and a Gold Leaf fem (both from ILGM) into an ounce of water with a drop of hydrogen peroxide. This morning, both sunk but haven’t cracked yet. I do believe my yields were a little better using synthetic nutrients, but for ease of use, the sacrifice is worth it to me.

There is a humidifier on Amazon PureGuardian H965 Ultrasonic Cool has 70 hour run time. Most have .5 gallon tank and around 24 hour run time. Just makes less stress worrying about filling it everyday

Hey everyone should I put the aqua stick humidifier water cartridge in my humidifier.? It is supposed to help reduce growth of mold and odor… I don’t know what they use to make it so I don’t want to harm my growth or the quality of it… what do you’ll think? @TXCanna

I put the stick inside of my humidifier and it’s helped tremendously… I’ve had problems before with mold growth and stale nasty water for some reason but the aqua stick has helped huge and it’s relatively cheap and easy to get on Amazon. I just dropped one in my tank and left it it only needs to be replaced every 3 months or so

Oh and I grow organic so it’s definitely not a problem to put into your tank it won’t affect the grow or released any odd chemicals or anything like that.
