Just keep moving forward with getting the work done and your classes. Something will turn up in your favor.
We’ve been getting decent raises since 2022. Our industry as whole lost a lot of people in 22 but my company especially. Seemed like they took note anyway. Raises were not quite as good this year but I’m up almost 30% over the last 4 years and it feels like I’m paid appropriately for my normal responsibilities. I did a lot extra to get there though, and it’s definitely not “enough”.

Nothing exciting this week, just between the rain finishing up the garden stuff and letting everything be on cruise control.
Peppers and cannabis are on a 8 week countdown til tent shut down.
