After the plants start to flower
Can the lights be turned back up to 16 hours

Will the plants continue to grow flowers or will they go back to veg growth

Is there any negative impact

In a word no.

Once on 12/12 for flower the lights need to be kept there. Or the plants will go back to veg growth if they are photo period plants.
