Expect to pay a little over a dollar per watt for quality lighting. A 240 watt light with LM301 diodes typically costs ~$300.
One more very stupid question… when measuring the area… is it the whole room or just the foot print of the plants… like my room is 6.5 x 5 but right now im using 2x3 of plant space

Ok thats a lil betterright now my footprint is 2x3… and seeing these are dwarfs i would assume i might get up to 4x5
A typical mature, indoor cannabis plant will consume ~6 sq feet (2.5x2.5). Use canopy space rather than the footprint of the pots.
Would it help my case any if i put reflective liner on the floor also??
Flat white paint is very effective as well.
