LED seedling question

First grow, Auto White Widow.
Bought an LED light that has VEG/BLOOM switches.
What light do the seedlings need for the first week or two?
With Auto flowering plants are the switches critical or should I give them full spectrum with both switches on? :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

i’d just use veg until it was about 3-4 nodes high…then i would put it on full blast,watching my distance at first…do not want to burn her up right out the gate…lol
