Tips and Tricks for Germinating Seeds

Got all pics from germ to 3 weeks. The last few pics show some leaf damage which is not normal for me but this bean was dropped for a friend as he cannot get one to grow. Long story short, I did not have a place for her other than the sprouter which at 2 weeks, she outgrew and was starting to show signs of Unhappy.
