Leafs looked burned at tips and curling

Wassup growmie, welcome to the forum! I agree with @growdoc & @Storm. I doubt it’s a light issue, so I think you can adjust the lights back to where you had them before. However, I do suspect the main issue to be from overwatering. I’m in coco/vermiculite/peat moss, and one of my girls were growing fantastic-- didn’t have to water her for two weeks because of the mix, and then once I started watering her like 1x or 2x a day, the lower leaves got those same brown spots at the edges. I stopped watering so often and haven’t noticed that problem occur again. Since you’re in soil, I believe you’re suppose to let it dry out, to the point the pot feels light as a loaf of bread, then you water. I recommend lifting her up, taking a mental note of the weight, and let her dry out for the next few days until she feels 10x lighter than how she feels after a watering. You can add a slight dose of cal/mag need feeding if you like, because I do see some mag deficiency popping up (the light coloring in between the leaf veins). This cool article shows overwatering symptoms. Good luck growmie, you got this🤟🏽

The weird brown spots on her lower leaves

However, new growth and upper leaves look good :+1:t4:

Just monitor and check the new growth over the next few days and you should be good. Those leaves aren’t going to get better, but watching your watering practices can keep them from getting worse :+1:t4:

We have seen that soil burn sheiiit up around here before. Whats your runoff ppm?

I’m with them. CalMag would be a good start/addition to your supplements.

@MacGrows I am growing in FFHF, perlite, and Bigfoot Mychos.
All waterings are Jacks RO PH 6.2-6.5 and PPM 500-1500.
The perlite helps with my overwatering tendency.

Waiting for leaf droop is how I water now. I cant lift a 10gal bag of soil/plant.
These looked better before the up-planting occurred (2-days ago).
One landed at an angle and the second arrived perfectly.

In a week I will know if they like life in the clone tent.
Cool weather, not helping lung room warmth (none).
Low level lighting 15K lux/ 24 hrs.
Dome 50% of the time.
Good luck on your girls.
Less water is often better, go figure.

Could it have possibly been my lights to close and the root system to cold? I had my pots on the ground. I noticed that the bottom seemed real cold last night of the pot. I picked them up off the floor elevated them, and I swear today there was massive growth like a big change…

I have your light so I know how much it can put out at the level you had it with young plants…and yes they can stand that kind of light but only in a lab environment… yes the cold can also affect their growth… just like what some others have said about other factors but only you know if any of what we are suggesting apply to your grow…if they are doing better now then take notes and let them ride for now and see what happens…many growers make the mistake of reacting to every little thing with big changes … stay the course growmie… you will get there…
