Im currently growing 3 Northern Lights/1 Gold Leaf photos. Currently in second week of flower. A few of the leaves on each of the plants that are turning yellow/brown/dying and clawing. This began shortly after switching to flower. From what I have read from other threads and online, yellowing is normal on bottom leaves. A couple of mine are toward the middle but most on bottom. Once I saw the yellowing/browning I started nutrients. Fox farm trio, cal-mag and open sesame at 1/2 the amount. I have provided images below. Do my plants look ok? Any other recommendations? Thanks in advance!

I didn’t see what PH and PPMs you’re feeding the nutrients at and are you testing these 2 with run off

Don’t worry about the lower leaves. It is normal for them to yellow and fall off as the plant matures.

The ph is around 6.2 and EC was about 2.0. This was taken with runoff.

I had same issue i believe i was almost root bound. When is the last transplanting?

Root bound is a bit of a myth for cannabis. Grew this to harvest in a solo cup.
To OP, the plant will drain its lower leaves if they’re not processing light (photosynthesis). But your plant needs more magnesium. Something fox farms is notorious for being light on even with Calmag supplements. Would recommend just getting some plain epsom salts and start giving a tsp every watering.

I transplanted 4 weeks ago to 3g. Unfortunately it’s only a 3x3 tent and I already don’t have enough room for everything to go to 5 g containers.
Should I continue cal-mag in addition to epsom salt? I’ve also read about an epsom foliar spray. Would that be necessary?

No foliar spray. Fox farms schedules call for water only days. Add the epsom on your water only days. Sorry, should have mentioned that in the last post. Once you get into flower you can ditch the Calmag and just go epsom the rest of the way

I would frequently run 4x five gallon photos in a 3x3. To do this I used 2 elevated racks. I put saucers underneath each pot. Now I no longer had to lift or move the plants to collect and dispose of runoff.
Are you running a heater/humidifier/dehumidifier or any other equipment? I wish I had gotten the 4x4 for a little extra room.
I will give the epsom salt on water days a try. Thanks for the help!
Just make sure it’s dissolved fully to get the full benefit from it.
