Hi all this is my first outdoor in a long time, she was started late in the season so im really just looking for advice on whether she looks healthy and if i should prune all the larger leaves or let her go about her business? Providing she is, in fact, a she
Let her go ,I reckon it is a girl.
Hey @Ausoutdoor I would let her get on with it. Being late and any pruning would just set her back. She’ll grow them buds from the sugars she has in her biomass when she’s ready. No need to promote more tops.
I would recommend you do a bit of lst and bend the top horizontally to better expose side branches to sunlight.
Brilliant, thanks! I will keep the group up to date with her progress
One thing you could do for her is put a good layer of mulch in pot,
keep away from stem though
I’d leave her be also. She’s small and with the sun coming in sideways in the mornings and afternoons she’s getting plenty of light penetration. There’s not a lot of lateral branches that can restrict air flow so I’d leave her with every fan leaf solar panel she has until she heavy into flower then I’d look for some defoliation to give her some low stress.
I agree with @Fieldofdreams she is good for now. She needs all her fans for now.
The weather dropped from 40° to 25°overnight and she looks a little depressed. She has looke this way before but always perks back up
She will bounce back. Remember, its just a weed!!
she always does
How often do you water in the hot weather?
45° where I am…
