The Latest and Not Really Greatest
so… my first delivery of bugs was a dud. i had to wait another five days to get another round, so the spraying continues. last night was a 3 hour marathon with alcohol only so it would burn off by the time the good bugs arrived. i shook the bottle on white paper first this time to see my soldiers, and once again could barely spot any. so modified plan… i dumped the whole bottle (supposedly 1,000) just in one tent. the other two i’m going to keep spraying as it finally does seem like i’ve turned the corner with very little evidence of my bugs today.
the bugs come in these little shakers and the stuff kinda looks like bacon bits. you can just barely make them out… tiny little red dots that truck pretty fast for their size.
and i still don’t know WTF i actually have. i thought they were baby spider mites, but i’ve never seen an “adult” and obviously someone’s laying eggs. you can see an egg on the left side of the leaf. the only thing i see online that these look like are dust mites, which doesn’t make much sense.

its the replacement that got its shell stuck on for a few days and I had to take it off with pliers, it had a little damage, it will be fine in a few weeks, I just topped all the tall ones inc, the replacement sour diesel, so has caught up I think it was a week or 10 days behind…, so will the ak, my misses request, It happens its the one I had most trouble with… 
this was a test to see if i could have seeds with no domes… I can not… 
with the glass cups for the first week moving forwards…
so if it gets topped once or twice less then the rest i don’t mind…

So sorry to see you’ve been having a ring of bad luck bugs. Those do luck like aphids to me though, be it the early stages I had a bad battle on an outdoor crop a few years back and they looked exactly like this in the first weeks.

thanks. i’m feeling ok with it - at least at the moment i feel like it’s under control. just trying to document best i can for others as well. plants are growing well it’s just a sh!t ton of work

I feel you man I have only dealt with pests outside luckily so far. I appreciate the follow ups and I am sure others do as well as they are so very helpful!

Nothing too special, working, chilling tonight with the lady and dog and then Saturday we’re going to try and get out and go for a hike or something outside as its going to be near 70 degrees!!

sounds like you’re in good company! a hike sounds great - like skipping school or something cuz we shouldn’t be able to do this right now. we’ll be close to 70 as well. not normal but mind as well enjoy it.

A few hours of work, some possible toilet repair (i know… very exciting) and a few more hours with the girls and the pup. pretty standard day. well except for the toilet BS. gonna check on my predators after the coffee hits my system and see if i see any.

Well my soil girls are doing ok, they are out growing the root slime girl. I posted an update on root slime dwc girl on my thread. But she’s sad
As are her roots.
This morning I looked, took some pics. Didn’t bother with checking pH in dwc, just closed the tent back up and walked away. I’m tired of bleaching buckets, stones and air tubing. I’m debating on putting her in some Happy frog soil with some added Microbebrew, Kangaroots and boomerang.

Only reason I haven’t dove into hydro, the time and money involved is just too much for me right now so I’m going to hold off and lean towards poor mans hydro (coco). Thanks everyone for the bday wishes you guys rock! @GreenJewels @Gremmall hope you all have a great day.

Raised the lights to get them to reach upward so that I can lay them over and grow horizontally to utilize my lights …only have 1 plant per light so will grow horizontally about 3 ft …

Day#29
Well, Tuesday night, I found some bugs on Solomatic. Immediately sprayed everything with H2O2 and water, then bombed the tents with DE. Wednesday, I rinsed off the DE with ISO and water.
It was feed day, so I added extra microbes to the mix to make up for the peroxide and iso.
Got a bit of leaf damage on a few plants, now. Could be worse. I am hesitant to continue treatment, though.
They don’t look bad, but they’re not the perfect looking beauties they were. Dammit.
White stuff on plants is DE, not bugs/bites/eggs.
