The spray the Kap is using (sts) is like a hormone to switch a female plant to a male. Collecting pollen or distributing the pollen in turns produces feminized seeds. Itās a pretty cool process.

I would probably use a spray bottle and most the plants with water atleast make sure no pollen laying on leaves to be blown around or anywhere. As long as there is no viable pollen when pistils shoot out u should be good. Ut yes looks like a couple ball sacs and that one or 2 def look opened up.
