Kaptain3d's 50 Shades of Green 🏴‍☠️ (Part 2)

You’d have to be pulling a makeshift sled or something…a harness on the snowblower.

A friend of mine got a snow blower and ask me to come over and show him how to use it. He had 2ft of snow on his driveway. I was having so much fun I never let him use it. It was the last snow of the year. He had to wait a whole year to use it. He’s still butt hurt about it. He should be thankful, I cleared his whole driveway. It took about 2 hours.

I’d be telling him “that sounds like a personal problem. And, you had a year to pull up a couple utube videos and figure it out. This’s what we grown folks call bartering thank you very much for the two hours of frozen fun, see you next snowstorm “

Don’t let the snow, on the driveway, get over 6"

I trained the two neighbors when I moved here by snow blowing their driveways. Now we race to one another’s driveway as soon as we finish our own.

I got out of bed late this morning, my wife had to drive one away this morning. He went across the street and did that neighbor.

I’m the first person to shovel the sidewalk on my street. Sometimes the only. Everyone else is
Content to wait until it is all done, and so heavy you shovel a 4” long pass and dead stop. Can’t teach everything :woman_shrugging:

My driveway is all gravel I dont even own a snow shovel but if I had a snow blower I’d probably clear my entire 2 acres just for fun.

The fun wears off pretty quick when it snows every few days like here. :joy:

I’d snow-blow the rain if I could.

Snowblowers were fine when I could walk. Now I use the polaris 550 with a plow on front. So much easier than a blower. Doesn’t matter if it’s heavy wet snow or not.

We got 8" of snow last night.

We get 1 or 2 snows a year that would require a snowblower.

@plumbdand The Tittabwasee River and some other cabins across the way. I built it after my small cabin burnt down in 2009. Insurance paid for putting the structure up but ran out so I had to do everything inside. Took me a few years by myself but now she is done. Would never be able to do it again. Legs don’t work so well anymore.
