I learned to live with it… It comes from an old back injury more than 30 years ago and slowly getting worse year after year… 
I can’t complain, I know a lot of people have it way worst than me. I’m happy to still be able to walk.
And at least I can smoke weed as much as I need (as long as I can drive safely…) and I get to sample tons of new cultivars!

I’m with you I feel exactly like you do almost every morning. I injured my back 25 years ago it hurts 24/7. I have sciatica really bad on my left side every morning. I cant put any weight on that leg for the first 10 minutes after standing up. A few months ago I tore the meniscus in my right knee playing volleyball. It hurts like hell except when I’m standing and my weight is straight over the top of of it. Usually as the day goes everything loosens up as long as I keep moving. Getting old is painful and my dumbass still plays volleyball. My plan is to retire when my daughter graduates from high school in 2029. I’ll be 70
