If u use ro water by itself and do the jacks only part a b and e should fall between 8 and 900ppm I dissolve the 3 parts in small cups with reg hott ass tap water and by mixing that tap water with dissolved jacks and epsoms it usually falls about 5.6 to 5.8 pH dissolve all 3 parts in water seperate like 2 oz each hott ass water. When all dissolved dump in silica if using then part a and stir good. Dump in epsoms salt part and mix. If u add anything more than jacks add that stuff now then add part b last always

Oh my. I have read somewhere it is 321 because the amount used is 3g, 2g and 1g, but with Epsom salt as the last mix. It is the way I remember, but I hope it doesn’t matter. I can’t afford to any more confused. lol

You can use either dry or bottled liquid silica. Just as dry nutes like Jacks are much cheaper than bottled nutes, same goes for the silica. If going dry I’d look at Agsil 16H.

Here is a feed schedule by KootMed I personally use ro water and have mixed these different strengths and they are prety accurate imo im in soil tho not coco but as far as ppm this can help jacks also does well in soil just a fyi haha

We are definitely correct on the recipe. The ratio of 3 grams 2 grams 1 gram is proper, but ec of solution may be a little low for some plants.

I use jacks 321 and now jacks for tap. The suggested feeding schedule will put your PPMs around 950-1050 all their complete line of base nuts. I grow in coco and my tap PH is 7.2 before and 5.9 after nutrients Very simple to mix and use

Recognizing even when to use what (on an auto)from the schedule because my first grow was photos.

I was told by Jacks that I may be able to start the nutrients before 3-4 weeks that I assumed my FFOF soil would go.
Any opinions on that ?

For jacks in soil I start week 3 at a quarter strength then gradually up my strength over a couple weeks I also use FFOF & FFHF

Welcome to the world of coco and jacks. It is that simple 3.6 g per gallon part a, 2.4 part b and 1.2 Epsom. Water everyday to runoff at hydro ph 5.8 is ideal I use ro water but doesn’t matter. Don’t worry about runoff ppm. I just keep lights dialed in along with proper vpd and get awsome results.

does anyone go 3.7 for their part A? if you look at the ratios for 100 gallons it says 369 grams part a, which would reduce down to 3.69 grams part A per gallon.
just curious. and my jacks 321 comes out to 750 pms using rain water that has 15 ppm before nutes

I use 1/2 tsp of A and B. 1/4 tsp C.
Adjust your pm of water after you add nutes. You will like Jack’s once u figure the best for you girls. Good luck

Alex, my current mix is at 4/1.4 a&e and 2 b - and this gets mixed with other things (silica, pk) because I’m in flower–I wont add to complicate the Q/A.
Point being, yes its Ok to tweak the recipe, but YOU, need to understand what it is you are tweaking, which it sounds like you have a base level at any case.

Been going well for me this far ! Week 2 of flower today before and after today’s defol!
(Jacks321 with added silica and fish shit, been using the MKP boost mix ratio and a 0-52-34 additive for the first 2 weeks of flower, today was their last feeding with that booster/ratio before going back to normal mix/ratio)
Strains: 2 purple queen (2 bottom row to the left and center), 2 tropicanna poison (1 on bottom row on the right , and center row on the left), and 4 dark Phoenix (3 in top row , and 1 in center row to the right).

I’m new, but jacks deff told me sulf/mag last when mixing.
Also…I’m starting to wonder about the 321, epson weight, is higher than the system I ordered for pure water(dist,rain,rev-osm) it takes only .99per gallon.

Personally I’ve always used 3.6g per gal of part a , 1.2g per gal of epsom , and then 2.4g per gal of part b in that order , and if adding silica or something like that I would put in first before anything else . I also use microbes so my exact order would be …
-silica
-part a
-epsom
-part b
- then I ph the water
- then microbes
- then feed/water the plants
