There are lots of other things to use - I believe luckily I’ve never dealt with it. @Myfriendis410 or @garrigan62 have great knowledge and experience with this.
I’ve used milk n water on grapes when they had wpm but have never used it on weed. Hydrogen peroxide and water would be my go to mainly because I already keep it on hand. I spray peroxide n water in my tent probably once a month if not more as a prevention for mold bugs and it gives my plants a shot of oxygen. The key is to spray after lights are off ,make sure you turn your fans on Immediately after and shake off any excess moisture

Peroxide. Never had to do it. Just read up on it.

Mild peroxide in distilled water and a spray atomizer. Start with 2 Tablespoons of peroxide in a quart of distilled water and spray just before lights out daily.
Plan on doing a bud wash too.
