Hi all, i am about to begin harvesting my indoor grow. I noticed some slight yellow/browning on the outside of some buds so I ripped one open and there’s a couple brown calyx. What are the thoughts? RH sits between 40-50%. Temps have hit 95F last couple days with a heat wave. Thanks

The last pic shows some rot, what does the rest of the plant look like? Do you have adequate air flow in the grow space?

I have 2x ACI 6 inch one below one above canopy, RH sits between 40-50%.
There was 2 plants in the tent, other plant is 100% healthy. I have chopped both yesturday/today and are currently fast drying as im concerned. I have fans on low poined directly at the buds to dry them fast.
I would have done a bud wash at harvest before hanging to dry Growmie. The RH is on point, did you do a pest inspection particularly and possibly caterpillars?? Throwing this out since the RH is perfect, thicker canopies can prevent air flow below
Probably should have… i panicked and harvested everything to begin drying. I did have a slight pest problem very early flower when i had to leave them outside for a day. I found a few very very tiny snail shells (like 1mm if that, had to see with microscope) but it didnt seem to become an issue. I haven’t found anything when going through the buds at harvest
Bud rot got a lot of growers this season. @MattyBear had some and did a water cure and May can provide some insight on that . Congrats on the harvest even with a few bad buds…that’s success
Appreciate it. Thankfully its only 1 of 4 plants and not much has been affected. Sucks it was the best looking one tho
It does suck my friend and we’ve all been there. Nice work again…and those other ladies will be some top shelf home grown
Very annoying as airflow and RH have been spot on… i believe it has to do with the guttation. Id never seen it before
