I dont think it is an auto. Just femenized? This plant is 25 days old and seems small to me. This is my very first time growing so what do I know lol. Is it growing ok or do I need to make changes?

Looks good, give it time. You could aleays start another to see if it stretches faster.
Some plants start off a little weird, but in my experience those plants always catch up and are solid producer’s.

My next question is…when do i start transitioning it outside? Right now it gets about 3 hours of direct sun through a window. The rest is with lights but not the right kind. I live in the southeast and the sun is brutal lol. We are in the 90s.

Yep that’s pretty small for 25 days, the first 3 weeks above ground really need the environmental conditions, great medium and lighting to be on point 
Autos or photo period cannabis can be either feminized or regular

Cannibis needs 4hrs of direct sunlight a day at a minimum. It also needs water.
Transplant outside in a larger pot or in ground.

Start transitioning now. You want it to get used to the heat and strong sun.
It helps if it can be in partial shade the first day or two, under a tree often is good. If you can’t get partial shade, start with exposure to morning or late afternoon, avoid frying it right away with mid-day sun.
They adapt pretty fast, within a week you can be fully outside in full sun. Some will take longer to adapt though, so pay attention to growth and how healthy it looks.
