Is this a nutrient deficiency?

This is my first attempt at growing and something is going wrong, I’m thinking nutrients, but I can’t find one that the symptoms quite match, I’m hoping someone here can help! The leaves on one of the plants are turning chartreuse in the middle and curling under pretty badly. Started seeds September 21, so 5 weeks old today.
Set up in VivoSun tent with a Moso LED and vivosun fan/filter.
Soil is a very chunky blend I use for my tropical plants (potting mix, orchid bark, perlite, pumice, leca, charcoal, a bit of recycled Styrofoam and some worm castings)
Potted in a 3 gallon (?) Pot right after germination, hasn’t moved.
Fertilize with General Hydroponics Flora Series every other watering, alternating with Recharge microbes.
I don’t tend to mess with the pH much, I did once when they were just establishing because I didn’t think the roots could be far enough down for the charcoal to be effective (our water is generally a little basic, but tests neutral after filtering through the soil, except for the one time I corrected the pH and the water came out really acidic. Which is when this girl started having some issues, but they are getting worse).
Symptoms seemed to get much worse after pruning
Temps stay a little warmer than the house, but not much. Like 72-74 F
Humidity stays between 50-58%
As far as I can tell there have been no pests
Please help!!

It will help to test your runoff numbers to see where they are nute wise. May have a nitrogen problem. They don’t need as much during flower. The ladies look good though. Colors could be changing due to their genes or getting chillier at dark hours. I would definitely check the runoff.

Thank you so much for taking the time to respond! That makes me feel much better! I didn’t realize I could test the run off for nutrients, I thought that was only for pH. I’ll go figure that out right now
