Is this a male or hermie? From a first time grower

Can anyone help me identify if this is a male? These little sacs just emerged. I want to remove it from my other (clearly female!) plant if it’s male, but I don’t want to be wrong and cut down a good female plant! If it’s a hermie can I keep it?? First time grower. Thanks all!!
