I'm HCG! Come along with me for a summer's grow

That is hot @highcountrygal the roots don`t like heat but you seem to have your ducks in a row on this one. Everyone all together now…GYPSUM. Having weed makes us happy and we love happy.

Howdy @highcountrygal. Not quite summer here. In the 80’s and slight breeze…Perfect

I’m sitting and I have no more hay tasks waiting for me. I’m a happy gal.

Hey I was listening to PBS this morning and I thought of you. They were doing a story covering a world class surfing competition here in CA… and get this, it was a huge artificial body of water with a wave machine. The thought behind it was that a natural ocean competition did not provide the same wave for everyone. With a better wave there is potential for a better scoring ride. So provide everyone with the identical fake wave.

A mind is a terrible thing to loose.

I am so fed up with crap like that it’s a sport of chance so that is BS! Listen to this one two Native American kids were at a college to register and some lady complained to security that they ‘scared’ her and they were escorted off campus. The FN nerve of some Richard Craniums in this world! I am part Native American, I did my DNA

You go HCG! Can’t wait to see this grow and am following.

@Mrcrabs I have fibromyalgia and find gorilla glue helps. I am off all my pain and sleep (Pharma) meds now and only use cannabis. My go to strains are Blueberry, Amnesia Haze and Gorilla Glue. I have a GG and a gold leaf going now that I just put into flower. Once those are done I will be doing another AH and BB auto. Glad to hear your wife is finding cannabis. You’re a good man to grow the strains that will give her some relief.

Yeas, I was just wondering where my tray is? Oh yes, I remember I’ll be right back.

Absolutely, luck of the draw impacts so many events. And it’s a clear tribute to those who can excel under less than perfect conditions. The cream rises to the top one way or the other. That’s part of sporting competitions.

When we showed our goats and won, a lot, people would say to me ‘why can’t you stay home?’ and I told them that it keeps you breeding up and better dairy animals, sorry

Next they’ll have bats that hit every ball a homerun and footballs with automatic sensors that make what ever foot balls make

Yup, the human excellence is dumbed down.

Fact: some people are better than other people at some things.

Anyhow, hows the purple girl STS?

Really purple today wait till she’s done. Okay I give STS? I know it’s something I know but my brain is lopped sided tonight:)

I almost made a fatal error! I kept feeling to see if The Chunky 2 was dry and it felt dry enough to jar so I put it in the jars last night but left the lids off, so this morning when I burped and put the lids back on I put the lids on Chunky. About noonish I came in to burp and went through all the jars I got to Chunky and I opened the first jar and warm air came out, same on the second and then the third. I dumped them out so fast. I would have been very upset at myself, so they are still out of jars. I just felt them a bit ago and they are a bit dryer.

STS…Silly The Sativa

Wow @good save on chunky 2. That would have been a sad, sad loss.

Did the same with a couple bales the other day, cause I thought they were OK and I didn’t want to shut down and walk back to put hands on. Glad I checked. Added another drying day, but that’s fine, otherwise … what to do with several ton’s of bad hay?

I would sure think they should dry pretty quick in your 10-12%. That is really low. Right now around here its running 60% at night and 35% during the sunny day hours. Serious dew and ground moisture still. Hard to dry hay when the earth brings the water right back to it each night. And it always takes a couple days to dry.

Ha! @mulegal I thought that’s what it was but I don’t know.
Yes That would have been sad. I just put the smallest nugs in the jar no lid. Speaking of lids a 2 finger lid was ten bucks, remember? Now you don’t even get a pipe full!
What to do with bad hay is call up local cow people and they will feed it to their cows, it doesn’t bother them, the cows, the have all those stomachs. Keep that in mind or even 4H kids with cows.
When I fed at the ranch, 70 horses, I hated to open a bad bale what a waste and that unmistakable smell! I just came in and it finally cooled way down 79. Time to eat my sweet friend. Either later or tomorrow. Kiss the mulies for me!

Seeing your girls surviving in that heat and sun give me hope for mine. I’m going to put 30% shade cloth cover over them, just in case.

Natural selection says survival of the fittest. Unfortunately, we are changing that to survival of the easily scared and offended.

Majority rule has to fail when the majority are weak and stupid…
