Other thing! These lower buds have a plenty of white hair but the upper ones look roasted.
And I chopped the head too. Felt like moldy. A very small part was looking more white than terpenes.

Lunatic bud rot can go systemic and spread thru the entire plant. Just so you know.

I don’t see any bud rot, just a colorful flower.
If you have bud rot, pull on some of the leaves, if they come right out, they might have it. If it’s still firmly attached, or doesn’t come out very easily, it’s likely okay.
Are you sure the white fuzzy stuff isn’t trichomes?

Looks like some frosty bud to me. I personally don’t see anything concerning in the last pic. I’d make sure to do a bud wash when you chop and do another inspection to be sure since there was some mold in the picture above and those spores can spread like wildfire.

Those look fine too me brother lunatic… i would leave them be.(no pun intened)
Tje reason the white hairs are brown on top and white on the bottom is because thsts how the ripening process happens. It gets ripe at the top first. Alot of people do a double harvest. If the top gets amber trichomes before the bottom buds do. You can harvest tje top buds first. Then let the bottom ripen.

I’m planning to shift to kool bloom and water for next 2 weeks! Does it sound alright?
What would be the next step for the buds in the fridge? Can I cure them inside as well?
What’s is better drying and curing in the fridge or hanging the plant upside down?

I had the exact thing just happened to me. I caught it on the one bud. I added more fans and opened up the air flow. If you dont make changes it will definitely spread. I gambled but option two was to just harvest before it spread. I am drying now, but faster than I usually do. I cut all the buds down. Mine only had about two weeks left when I found it and it was well over a pound. I am going to start growing mold resistant strains in the humid months next year.

Lunatic I have also been in contact with my God. Don’t freak out … keep a close eye… the top buds may have been/probably were more ripe. I usually do a three part harvest of my indoor buds. The ripening process is more segregated with indoor/ light grown weed. Imo.
I am not familiar with the fridge drying and curing method. I hang my plants in a controlled environment. Curing is as involved a process as growing. Find what works best for you and make gradual improvements. The grove bags have become my go to method for curing. I have found that I like the 2lb. size with 2lbs. in each bag and after time add 2 - 67gram Boveda 2-way humidity pouches. Before the grove bags came along I always used mason jars for curing. They will do a very good job. You must burp them daily for a time and you have to remember to do it. But the process turns out world class weed when proper care is taken. The grove bags do a lot of the work for you, But even then you have to keep an eye on it. Your environs will determine what the best method is so grow a lot and experiment with different options. I have a relative who is happy to smoke moldy bud. He was in Vietnam, said he use to bury the buds untill it dried. He swears mold makes it better. He is like 75 years old. I wouldn’t recommend it oh just saying he takes anything I am throwing out.

You must know him too Lol. He takes my stems, and leaves boils them to a black tar and smokes them also. The only thing he dont smoke somehow is the roots.

Everything is running fine in my tent!
It was just one particular day when there was no electricity for 12 hours and my home back up also got over!!
I haven’t seen anything again and I hope it stays like that!!
The bud which was moldy is chopped!

I’ll tell you here how my fridge buds go and I have one branch hanging upside down! It’s been 5 days I think. It’s still not dry completely!
The fridge buds aren’t that hard as compared to branch that’s hanging upside down!
I’ll definitely cure them giving them proper time! It smells grassy ATM!
I’ll only smoke them once they are top topp!! I smoked my so much grow pre with Bruce banner!
