Follow the hanging heights recommended by the light mfg / distr. It can vary a lot between lights.

mine are in flowering and still growing like that though, they started flowering 2 weeks ago and been getting 2-3 inches taller every night since

What I did which seemed to work was 24" above at seedling stage, 18" above at veg and then 12" above at flower.

I was running two(2) 120W full spectrum LED lights in a 3x3 tent. This was considered by experienced growers here to be the bare minimum, if not a little below the minimum required.

My 4 autos stayed pretty low and bushy.

just measured mine and from the top of the soil they are at 45 and 46 inches

Autos vary from tiny to humongous. My last harvest yielded 1oz to 10oz with the same seeds.

took some more pics this morning and wasnt paying attention, looked at the pics and had to run back in and check the ladies, for some reason my cam made them look super yellow/bright green…i thought i was having an issue but it was just my camera sucking lol
