I think it’s dry rot

Royal dwarf not sure if it’s dry rot or over dry

Bud rot. Can happen from a number of factors. Bugs can bite into flowers, mold, portions dying from environmental factors.

Yeah that doesn’t look good. What were your drying conditions? Did this happen during drying or curing?

Them caterpillars get deep inside buds and eat and poop in there. When you see sugar leaves on buds dieing from inside the bud outward open the bud right there and you’ll find a caterpillar. Normally leaves die from the tips inward. I get it, that ship has already sailed. Hopefully next time you’ll be able to keep them fuc#ers off your plants. One year I pulled probably 100 caterpillars off of one plant I eventually had to cut off every bud at the end of every single branch. The only thing left was the larf buds. With everything else cut off the little larf buds grew to about 8in each. I ended up with around a half lb dried and cured. I tossed at least what would have been a lb and a half of what would have been killer buds during late flower. Now days I use Monterey BT and Purecrop1 as a maintenance program.
