An inline fan and a fresh carbon filter should cover it, I recommend a 6 inch version.:+1::oncoming_fist: Charcoal does clog up after so long, if can’t absorb more smells then.

Getting a strong smell can be tricky, but your ventilation is already helping a lot. Make sure the exhaust fan is pulling enough air out and consider refreshing the carbon filter if it’s been used for a long time. A small air purifier or some odor‑neutralizing gel in the room can also help to keep things more discreet. Good luck and hope you find relief soon!

The title of this thread begs for a smart-ass reply wrt personal hygiene, but I shall endeavor to restrain myself. :face_with_medical_mask:

I’ve already suppressed all my soap comments, let alone deodorant.:oncoming_fist::+1::smiling_face_with_sunglasses:

It’s more than likely the state of society my friend . Things are heading in an unacceptable direction for most of the world . Never thought I’d be alive when this happened . All the best Sausage , peace .

To answer the thread question. I have found a shower with soap and a fresh set of clothing does the job. Hope that helps Mr. Stinky.
Just kidding. These folks have ya covered.

Sorry not a chance I was passing that up.

I was going to ask the OP to stand downwind. Perhaps try one of those ā€œeverywhereā€ deodorants like Mando. Incense burners and essential oil diffusers are also worth considering.

Magnesium and zinc really perked me up. Was same way a couple years ago.

I just went through a severe anxiety bout. I did carnivore diet at 52 but didn’t supplement any of the essential metals. It caught up to me pretty aggressively. Much better these days. I think this is mainly work related and I am learning new positions and everyday is filled with unknowns. I used to be king of the castle and knew my next move. Im back to court jester. It’s an adventure though, and new territory, once mapped, is back in the castle.

I hear that. I lost everything to alcoholism and have had to rebuild everything. Lots of stress when things aren’t how they used to be/ should be. Was an accountant with a good job and ended up working in a place that was too physically demanding for a guy my age.

One thing about the items I mentioned was that they helped me stay asleep. Bud helps get me to sleep but I’ll wake up.

Took me a long time to be proud of myself again but it eventually worked out. I think the growing is the biggest therapy of it all. Just me and my plants. And ilgmf.
