A customer has a question and I hope we can get some opinions on it, thanks

Hello I started out with two seeds and soaked them in water and they started perfectly but I do not have heat lamps so I just put them in the window in the most sunniest spot and moved them around…they both sprouted and they grew to about 1/4" and then they stopped growing? they have the seed shells still on top and it has been three weeks. I live in San Diego and my internal temp is around 70deg. but this last week we have been warming up to around 85deg. Are they dead? now that it is warmer do I start over again?
Thanks

A picture of the plant would be most helpful. how long has it been up? what kind of soil did you put it in? how old are they?

A picture would be invaluable.

Here is the Support Ticket; please give us as much information as possible. When it asks: soil or hydro, tell us what soil not just “yes”. For example.
