It took me years to get a grow looking like that using Fluorescent bulbs in 1981.
The 1000Watt Metal Halide light did the trick.

Re: the dark leaves. All it is is an indication that the plant has plenty of nitrogen. That said, there is nothing wrong at this point. The time to worry about nitrogen excess is when you start seeing waxy leaves with burned tips. You don’t have a problem at this point, but I would not feed nitrogen beyond recommended levels going forward. The best way to manage nutes is by monitoring runoff PPM and adjusting accordingly.
What is run off?
The water that comes out of the bottom of the plants container/pot
Water enough to get abot 10 % running out of the bottom. Collect it and test the Parts Per Million or ppms.
