I have that ph meter I rather go for something more accurate

How much more accurate do you need? These when calibrated are 0.05 accurate, more than accurate for measuring the water, nutrient mix or run-off. I think you should be fine of you keep it calibrated and take decent care of it.

Here is a TDS meter by itself:

Lmfao sorry for the language but I’ve read that they stop doing there thing after a while but I haven’t gave up on it I still have it and use it I just need a TDS

I usually use rhino skin 1st - 6th week of flowering with open sesame 1st - 5th week of flowering then I use the beastie blooms from week 5 - week 7 with big bud week 5 - week 8, and last of all I use the cha ching week 7 - week 9, and to finish off I use flawless finish once half way inbetween week 9 and 10 than harvest on week 10 that’s what I do

Thanks for posting links MacG

I’d listen to MacG he’s one of the most knowledgeable people here and knows what he is talking about lol

Why so many different brands

why so many brands because they all do different stuff for the plant and are all used at specific times of flowering, also some have nutrients that others dont and it keeps from getting a nutrient lock out

I am thanks for the support and I’ll get the TDS meter mac soon and I’ll update

OK cool didn’t know how many grows do you have under your belt I’m looking to be taught

I haven’t grown as long as some of these people but this is going into my 9th year when I first joined this forum I was at the end of the 8 year mark

Here are a couple other higher end water resistant pH meters:

Sweet I just may partake in those it would be well worth investment, thanks again buddy, how are you doing

Thanks I think I go for that as well looks more high end lol and oh OK no problem

I have the HDM version and many people forget these meters need to be calibrated and taken care of foremost being they need to be stored upright with tips always kept from drying out. They also have a storage solution but buffer solution #7 is usually what I use to store it I just fill the cap
