I’m the first to admit that I am technically challenged. However, After attempts to download the Grow Bible to either tablet or computer and no results either way, I’m throwing in the towel. Has anyone else had this problem???

I’m pretty good with computers but I have never been able to locate the downloaded version as a hard file on my laptop. Have gone back and searched by name, by date of download, through hidden files. I just go to my original email and access it that way, I cannot find where it is physically loaded into my computer. Maybe it only resides on the site for us after we have downloaded?
I did not have that problem.
I received the link to the grow bible in an email they sent me after my first seed purchase. I opened the link to the PDF and choose the “read in iBooks” option and ever since it has been stored in my iBooks on my iPhone.
Not sure if that will help you but wanted to mention it in case it did.

I did that also with no luck. As I’m a determined old lady, I just paid 99 cents to Amazon and downloaded it to my Kindle 
Hope this is helpful to others. I’ve downloaded many PDF manuals, etc. & never had this problem.

I ordered so that isn’t my issue. I definitely don’t want it on my phone or iPad since I take them with me a lot and God forbid I should somehow lose one.
I downloaded at Google play store for free.

I agree. I do take iPhone and my tablet out, but not my kindle. At least I have it now 
Right now I’m trying to get grow closet put together, trying to keep free CK Ryder baby going, playing with a couple of clones from WW my friend is growing for me & trying to learn as much as possible BEFORE I order any seeds.

Look it iBooks that where mine down loaded took me a little while to find it myself bit that’s where it was for me

Tried download from that page. Also clicked on link in 3rd Bergman Tip email which had a different page setup but same information. Tried that. No luck. Like I said nowhere to be found on either tablet or computer. Looked for file on both. The good news is that once again, Amazon came thru for me

That was how I did mine back in May and still cannot find it physically residing anywhere on my hard drive which isn’t really a problem since, unless the electricity is down, I always have internet. It’s ok though, not a huge problem @M4ur

@SmoknGranny Did you actually see the lil pop up on the bottom of your computer telling you your file was downloaded? If so did you choose where on your computer you wanted this file to download? If not it more then likely it ended up in your downloads folder. See photo that folder is your download folder. It isn’t always in the taskbar as mine is so you may have to look in your libraries folder or possibly type downloads in your search bar.

Thanks and nope I never got a pop up. I was looking for it as I’ve done this before . I’m going to fire up the computer again later, go through every PDF file again, and cross my fingers. I’m a note taker and would prefer a hard copy over my kindle. Thanks so much for your support.

Just try to redownload it and this time look for the lil pop up window or you can tell it you want to open the file and once it opens go to the save button or what looks like a disc and click it it will ask you where to save it and then you can choose to save it to desktop and tada you got a grow bible!
