Can anyone help me figure out what this is or why this is happening? I have cut off the hurt and not doing well leafs. Its at the end of the leafs they look almost eaten or deformed.
Can’t see much with video you posted. If possible post clear pics in natural light or with flash from camara. Take pics of entire plant and of problem areas. 
@Bulldognuts And sorry you have to make it into a gif file then upload it or the website wont support it but these are screen shots off the video, I have since trimmed the edges of them just in-case it is pests.
I have a few on my gold leafs too. Just let them be. No harm, no foul. I believe that you need some sticks to get plants standing up. stems look a little thin. Perhaps reaching for light. Just saying.
Remember mother nature has a way of healing itself.
First I definitely think you need to transplant out of the solo cups. Overall your leafs looks fairly healthy. Are they being grown outside. It doesn’t appear that it’s some type of damage from pest. Has the deformed looking leaves been like that from seedlings. If so I don’t believe that I would worry to much about it until you see serious issues related to the weird leaves.
