How long, do you think

What do you think? Could get rain near the end of the week.

Look milky to me. Rain won’t hurt the trichomes.

Yeah, just thinking of bud rot . Planning to bud wash since I’m in normal fire country.

I am a little late @Slosue but looks to me about 4 or 5 weeks at least! Do you have something to check Trichomes?

Trichomes are mostly cloudy with a few Amber.

Your preference as to how much longer you let her go. As long as there is not a lot of rain, and temps stay up you should be OK. But if that changes then bud rot is likely on buds that size. Ideally the hairs will be mostly orange or rust colored and receded and Trichomes in your preference range at the same time ( hard to hit just right)! Good luck!

Thanks. @Holmes. I went out this a.m. and gave them a more objective “big picture” look. Still too many white pistils so will wait. It’s getting colder at nite (low 50s and 40s) and they aren’t getting as much direct sun due to autumn. Will protect as much as I can from rain and keep a close watch for rot. This is the hardest part, so far!

You can use a leaf blower to get them some wind and or help dry out, just be careful and don`t get too close ! As Tom Petty said The Waiting is the Hardest Part. I know you cant here it but yes I am singing it
