They are very resilient! Remember theyre weeds. Lol
I took @TDubWilly advice and have been doing the candle stick method and I’m getting explosive growth…
Lights on from 6 pm to 6 am
Lights on 11 am to 1 pm … that’s the candle stick…
I like to give 2 hours versus 1 , just to make sure they stay in vegg…

Just my 2 cents here. I found that my seedlings really did not grow well under the blurple lights. I switched to a 6500k cfl and noticed significant improvement in growth.
I’ll give it a try
I’m running 1200 led lights. Thanks
I actually only have the lights on in the “short period” for About 25 minutes and never had them try and flower on me but I think when you actually look up the “gas lantern” lighting schedule it recommends to do exactly what you are doing @peachfuzz
It definately saves some money on lighting in the veg stage
I dont know… but the plants are going crazy…
I’m going to have to bump them up to my semi - vegg units…
Will share some pics later…
Update my girls have really picked up lately one thing if I can get some info transplanting out of peat pellets roots growing out through the netting if I broke a couple of roots one long one will it kill her?
She may pull thru… tough ladies. Just be as gentle and possible. And are u just removing that thin screen thing? Not sure u have to remove the whole peat pod
You want to try to avoid damaging the main taproot. Sometimes they don’t recover from that and it definitely slows them down. Not a big deal with a photo but is with autos. I would score the outside of the peat pellets with a utility knife before transplanting into media.
Yes only the netting I water a few hours before to keep the peat plug together then drop in the hole of soil in a bigger pot
Yea I did damage the tap root I think it was a pretty long
