Hi, sorry to ask a stupid question but just so I’m clear, are you saying that the 2 lights will have the same coverage but the 320 will deliver more ppfd at those heights?
If the leds are mounted at the same degree of angle then yes that’s correct. I’d have to look them up to see. Usually the angle is 90° or 120°. I think.
i will be running two 260xl’s in one tent and two 320’s in another. I’m growing girl scout cookies extreme and cherry pie this run.I have 9 plants vegging and growing quickly under one 320 dialed to the lowest setting at the moment. all plants in soil with advanced nutrients. I’m a noob so I don’t know what the final figure will be.
I have a Blissful Wizard and an Althea Haze finishing up under the 260’s now. they vegged outdoors this summer and I brought them in to flower. Like I said before the buds are impressive visually but the density and firmness is off the charts. I think I could break a window at ten paces with a popcorn nug and a slingshot.
Whatever you get, HLG will not disappoint

Pretty similar mate, not as humid as I was expecting it’s only gonna get worse from here! Can’t wait for summer! What’s the Aus website? The ones I looked at didn’t look very official.

Thanks mate, I’m pretty sure they are an onseller not hlg themselves so I don’t think that code will work. With the advice I’ve been given here and after speaking to my supplier who is based in SA, I’m also looking at progrow, makes hlg look cheap though, and also kingbrite, dbrn32 and nothingshocking have done a quite in-depth write up on them on this forum and there is also some good info on them on other forums if you’re interested.

Cheers mate, yeah there’s just so much info hey! I have a little 300w blurple and really really want to upgrade and am just torn between wasting more money on another subpar light/s and looking at what would be great for my 5x5’ tent is as expensive as all hell!
And also, may I invite you to follow my grow journal? It’s always great to find fellow Aussies to bounce ideas off as we just don’t have access to the great stuff the Northern Hemisphere guys do
