Help! Sprouts keep dying!

Tbhi didnt read all the input above but heres a snap shot of possible problems so here we go. They may be failing due to over watering, at this young of a stage their roots arent developed enought to uptake water and rely on their leaves and higher humidity. Another issue may be that your soil is to " hot" meaning the soil is overloaded with organics and its essentially acting as a compost pile.another is environmental, if its to hot or to cold especially at a young age they will perish. Ideal temp &humidity in the 70’s. Last one i can think of is ph level of your water/run off. If youre growing orgainc 6-7 ph is ideal but id run a slurry test to see whats going on in the pot.

This is often caused by “damping off”, which is a fungal infection at the base of the plant close to the soil.
This is the most common cause of death for seedlings.
For seeds: a dome should only be used if temperatures in the seedling location are too low, if so the better option is to get yourself a small propagation tent.
Seeds are programmed to thrive without a dome and will build a stronger immune system/stress tolerance without one, while cuts need the extra protection and humidity that a dome provides due to their lack of a rhizosphere.
Keep in mind that seedlings/cuts are sensitive and you can damage them with excessive light, so the use of a propagation specific light or very dialed down light is suggested.
A decent light [minimum 24" T5 per 10x20 flat] is ideal and can add needed heat but will not stop damping off.
Water less frequently and make sure you are using a sterile starter medium.

To expand on this:

Now this doesnt mean that you can run super high/low temp/humidity and not see mold or other stress problems.
VDP can be on point but there is a range depending on the type of plant you are cultivating and what stage they are in.
