Help! Small white/clear bugs & mites bottom of pot

I was just watering my plants which are in week 8 of flower and noticed a bunch of these white little bugs which look like a combo between an ants and a roly-polys. Does anyone know what they are, what to do about them, and any risks (probably not much considering the plants are almost done at this point)?

I mixed some bleach and water in a mist sprayer and that kills them pretty quickly, so I heavily sprayed the bottoms of each fabric pot, the saucers (and then rinsed them off), and a little on top of the soil. I scrapped up some of the dead ones from the saucer to look at under a microscope and was surprised to also see some of little mites. I know there are many types of mites but not sure what kind these are.

What should I do?

Here’s a video too where you can see one of the mites moving.

Might be springtails based on my research which I think are harmless, not sure about the mites though. Or mudpuppies which are harmful.

You can supplement your plant with some Silica and top your pot with DE to kill them with no chemicals.
Spray your plants with Captn Jacks Neem oil. No need to wipe off aft wet dad unless you are in the last couple weeks of flower.

I deployed a Bug Zapper a few years ago to eliminate flying bugs inside my tent.

Yup springtails and some predatory mites maybe.
