Help me Scared straight my girl

Hi guys so i have a question..i started a fem seed gg4 that decided to go hermie on me. dont know why because its in the same room as 2 other plants that are just girls. So if it was stress i dont see why,but my parental instinct said reveg her/he .so the question is has anyone ever reveg a hermie and slap the gay out a plant?

I don’t think there is a cure for gay. it’s a genetic condition. :face_blowing_a_kiss:

That may be an Interesting experiment but I think She/he is cooked!

How far along is it? If young I’d pull it, if close ride it out.

LMAO.

Last couple grows of mine I’m always seeing a couple nanners towards end of life. Idk if it’s stress induced or just nature trying one last attempt at reproduction.

I haven’t found any seeds though so idk. Not sweating it.

Good luck growmie.

It’s always best to yank the Hermies…even clipping the branch, I’ve seen others form eventually across the rest of the plant…not worth keeping them.

Agree with @Growmoredank , they’re not worth your time. I made a cross that had a few hermies, I destroyed the whole seed run because of it, no time for sub par plants, way too many seeds out there to waste valuable grow time.:oncoming_fist:

I’ve had my run ins with hermaphrodites . I’m growing some hermie seeds out right now , 4 wks into flower not a male part in sight . The heat is a major trigger here along with constant high humidity for the last 10 years . So far so good . The only reason I’m doing this is that the smoke was worth it . When I noticed seeds late into maturity I decided to just let them go to full maturity . It’s different when every calyx is a seed pod but they weren’t all that plentiful , a hundred or so in the whole plant . So yeah , it was definitely above most for a good buzz . That’s why I’m doing another test . Peace .

Are you saying if you see nanners you kill em?

I’ve had plants throw randomly a couple nanners, pluck em and move on.. no seeds. I don’t think nanners always necessarily mean pollination. Especially late in flower.

I’m saying if a cross throws plants that are prone to hermie, those seeds are destroyed
