Looks like you’ve topped them in the last pic?
Fresh soil many times corrects any issues as long as it’s not the soil causing it in the first place.
I suggest you pick up a small bottle of citric acid if your needing to lower your tap water PH. Will be a whole lot cheaper than using lemons. That PH down in the bottle isn’t micro heard soil critter friendly but citric acid is and costs like $5 and last thousands of gallons. I use 1/4 of a 1/4 Tsp amount to lower my tap starting at 8.3 or so down to around 6.5 per gallon. Use RO now so don’t use that anymore also with an organic grow and living soil most of that PH and PPM stuff goes out the window and only really check if I’m having issues and the soil etc self corrects things because of the bio diversity like Mother Nature intended. If interested in moving to organic grows many with journals on here to read about. That Bio Bizz fish shit is Organics but those other 3 bottles are chemical man made stuff and the soil critters don’t do well with that stuff. Check out my ongoing second journal if ya wanna read about how I try to grow naturally for the plant, planet and me.
Keep on growing and feed your cannabinoid system in your body and your soil.
I’m not sure about how to go about with training and when to start, so I’m open to suggestions. Thanks
Yh topped both and got rid of the bad looking leaves
@JB_144 in regards to training bend it over and tie it down like so

Update 2 days after transplant

“No room in the tent for social distancing. Everyone put on your masks.”
She looks pretty happy. I’d just keep rocking along as is.
Second lockdown initiated in the UK, that goes for the girls too.
They look happy.
What’s your plan for future feeding them?
Grow companion plants to keep bugs away and promote plant growth. Use neem oil on the soil to kill any eggs. Thrips and fungus gnats are always a problem, especially in flower.
I noticed in above pic your hygrometer reading 28c and 48% RH.
Look over this chart and try to get those more in line in each stage of growth to make the plant happier and healthier.
Really not liking this stress training, plus I haven’t watered since the 4th and my soil is still wet, I’ve got drainage holes at the bottom and side, I was planning on waiting until the soil was nearly completely dry before I water again, now I’m not sure. Any suggestions?

If the soil is still damp and they don’t like like they’re hungry, let 'em ride. They’re still fairly small and those look like pretty good size pots (5g?). It will take them a little while to use all that up.
Those are looking good. First time growing think I’m stressing out too much. I’ll let her do her thing, @AloysiusDevadanderAbercrombie yh those are 5g
My first time aswell mate lol just hoping for the best
At that size it will take them a while to dry up a 5. I wouldn’t be too worried. She’ll figure out the training soon enough. Then you’ll have your hands full.
Put your finger in the soil. If it feels dry to your second knuckle, you should water. Do not over water or else your grow area may become too humid. You want your plants roots to search for water, causing the roots to grow along with the rest of the plant. You also want to avoid bugs laying eggs in your soil and fungi from growing. Flies are attracted to moisture. Make sure to have a fan blowing at the base of your plant to avoid fungus gnats laying their eggs, stagnant air and moisture. if your plant looks droopy, it needs water.
Here is a picture guide.
Water it. Another way to tell if it needs to be water is lifting the pot and determining if water is still present. The top soil can still look dry, but deeper in the soil there is still water. If it feels heavy, dont water it and if it feels light, water it.
