Help deformed plant!

Hi everyone need help. I am growing gorilla glue and bruce banner auto. R.O water ph 6.2 Rh is 60
Lower half strawberry fields top half 50/50 ff strawberry fields and promix 20% perlite all around The center top half is promix for seedling. (Cyclops Method). Did this on my first grow and it was very successful. Lights are on 50 percent power. 2 weeks since they popped out of the soil. Touched the leaves and they felt a little dry. I water them a little. Once in the morning once in the after noon. Why are my leaves looking deformed? Should I start to use a little grow big any help thank you!!

Looks like the plants are pretty wet. Try to avoid watering the plants themselves, and water the soil a few inches from the stem.

I just sprayed them a little with ph water. Because they looked dry. Is it bad to mist the plants? Also is 2 weeks a little early for grow big?

Yes, you want to avoid spraying the plants directly. Lensing, though not so common, can occur and cause little burn spots. Worse, though, and way more commin is WPM (white powdery mildew). Unless treating pests or mold/mildew, then spraying isn’t recommended.

I did not know early in veg that it’s bad to spray the plant. Quick question about R.O water. 4 stage. Can I add a little calmag to all my waterings? Or better to add calmag just when I feed? Should I start to add a little calmag at week 2? Thank you
