Hello family, im thinking about building a led light for side lighting to go with my hid’s. What is a good led diode? I want 2-300 watts. What types of diodes are good but cheap? Do i need a separate driver? Can i use 2-100 watt drivers? How would i wire it all together? Im a noob when it comes to led. Please help! Any and all input is welcome. Thanks fam!

Oh boy oh boy…building lights is super exciting…you git A LOT to learn my friend… that’s a good thing man. A bunch of bunch of threads on it - spelunker around and absorb. Everyone will boast Horticulture Lighting Group… glad to see you already know blurples are good starter lights if you come in blind but building is the way to go. Excited for ya… I just did a 135 quantum board but I. Waiting for strips to get in stick from Pacific light Concepts photo boost strips… couple guys have built them and are in love w em!! Anywho
